Ô Saveurs de Testour is a family-run project offering a unique experience in the heart of the pomegranate orchards of its namesake town. The orchard management techniques blend modernity and tradition, drawing heavily on the methods of the Moriscos of Spain. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the orchards during the blooming or harvesting seasons and savor delicious pomegranate-based dishes and desserts served at the guest table set under the shade of the pomegranate trees. Freshly picked pomegranates and a variety of pomegranate-derived products, such as jams and molasses, are also available for purchase. Ô Saveurs de Testour is one of the nine members of "Romena Tour à Testour", a thematic route dedicated to the Pomegranate of Testour. This initiative aims to promote this iconic fruit as a symbol of local identity, attracting visitors year-round. The nine members of the route, active across various sectors, offer immersive experiences showcasing a wide range of pomegranate-related products and services. The "Romena Tour à Testour" initiative is supported by the Projet d’Accès aux Marchés des Produits Agroalimentaires et de Terroir (PAMPAT), implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
