The lodge is located a few kilometers from Tabarka, bordered by the Oued el Kébir, which almost entirely surrounds the site. This river provides direct access to the beach via pedal boats, kayaks, or small boats. Spanning over two hectares, the property features flat terrain surrounded by lush greenery and regional mountains. The architectural design ensures maximum comfort with well-appointed indoor and outdoor spaces. The central feature is a swimming pool measuring 17 meters in length, 7 meters in width, and 1.90 meters in depth, around which other site elements such as bungalows, the restaurant, and administration offices are arranged. The lodge has a capacity to accommodate over sixty guests, with each bungalow housing up to six people.
