United by a shared passion for the pomegranate of their hometown, Testour, the women of the Bit Lmouna cooperative, led by Asma, have established their workshop to produce handcrafted pomegranate-based products. With dedication, they preserve their ancestral knowledge to create delicious goods. Every jar of jam, every drop of molasses, and every sip of juice reflects their commitment to authenticity and quality. Bit Lmouna is one of the nine members of "Romena Tour à Testour", a thematic route dedicated to the Pomegranate of Testour. This initiative aims to promote this iconic fruit as a symbol of local identity, attracting visitors year-round. The nine members of the route, active in various sectors, offer immersive experiences that showcase a wide range of pomegranate-related products and services. The "Romena Tour à Testour" initiative is supported by the Projet d’Accès aux Marchés des Produits Agroalimentaires et de Terroir (PAMPAT), implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO)
